Cash out no longer works for me. I lost two sports bets in the final seconds while the option stayed unavailable the entire match. I bet on 29 tackles, then the total jumped to 30 at the end and my slip lost. I doubt every tackle was recorded fairly — some plays look like they never get counted. Very frustrating.

Daily free spins no longer show before 7 a.m. — in the previous version they were ready right after midnight. The daily calendar works the same way, so you can only join after 7 a.m. Please fix this; it kills the motivation to deposit.

Poor experience. I completed facial verification and enabled phone biometrics, yet the app keeps freezing at login and asks me to redo authentication every time. It even shows a message saying my password changed, while the browser version works fine. A mobile app should make things easier, not harder. Uninstalled.

The app keeps closing on its own and I cannot place bets. An error message pops up and then it shuts down immediately. I have done everything support suggested, but the problem continues. It says something went wrong and asks me to check that the store is enabled and the app is up to date, then reinstall if needed.
